Day 5 - Through the Dungeon

Once Midna had returned me to Ordon Village, which was covered in Twilight, she told me that running around without a sword and sheild wouldn't suit her too well. She claimed that I needed to go and get one. So, unfortunantly, I had to agree. I quickly ran her back to my village shops and, of course, all of the villagers were frightened by my appearnce. Midna suggested that we sneak in close to listen to what they were saying. I heard something about a shield inside Rusl's house and when they were gone, I quicky snuck inside, grabbed the sheild and ran. I then ran to Colin's parent's house. They're conversation was about the package being delieverd to Hyrule as a present, the sword. When Colin's dad was distracted, I snuck inside the house and grabbed the sword.

I then high-tailed it out of the village, across the bridge and into the Faron Woods. Unfortunantly, at the Faron Springs, I ran into these three ugly looking Twilight monsters. I quickly killed off two of them but the third one brought the other two back to life! I became aggravated and growled at Midna. She then helped me by getting all three of them trapped in a dark circle then I taking it from there. I slaughtered all three of them at once and they disappeared back into the Twilight Realm. Suddenly, the spirit of Faron Springs came to me and gave me a holder for the Tears of Light. These "tears" were to be retrieved inside the Forest Temple.

After getting the holder, I ran to the temple, collecting all the tears, quickly learned a secret skill, and returned to my human form, with totally new clothes! I ran inside the temple, saved eight monkeys, and went into fight the last boss. I defeated it with ease and suddenly, the entire Faron Forest and Ordon Village was covered with light, and Twilight was no longer lingering. I recieved a piece of shadow armour and Midna proclaimed it was time to move on to the eastern providence of Eldin. I agreed and prepared for the trip.

Day 4 - Twilight Realm's Hyrule

I felt the cold, damp floor on my skin and the ache in my head from the previous day. I groggily opened my eyes to find that I was in a jail cell. As I stood, I found that I was shorter than I remembered. I checked down at my left arm to see that I had been chained and that it wasn't an arm at all! I had fur...and paws! I paniced and began to frantically pull at the chain attached. I heard a creepy but girlie laugh from outside of the cell. I looked over to find a small creature in front of me. She was laughing and smiling but I couldn't figure out why. I growled at her and prepared myself for an attack if nessiccary. She crossed her arms and gave out a "hmph". She told me that she might help me if I was nice to her. I fixed my stance and discontiued my growling. She cut the chain, hopped onto my back, and smiled. I decided to just do as she said.

I walked around the cell for a minute, then found an opening. I dug myself out then scanned the area for any threats. I continued on into the next cell and found an opening. We then arrived in a maze of different openings and cells. Little black creatures slithered along the ground. I stepped back a little but the girl creature just kicked mysides. I growled quietly to myself and walked forward. I kept my distance from the black creatures, opening doors and letting some water in. I swam over some spikes then shut the door again. The water drained back out and I found a tunnel out. I crawled out quickly and ran to the tower.

That tower was crawling with bigger creatures. I looked up and as I saw the height of this, I knew it was going to take a while to climb. I climbed up the stairs, carefully avoiding any contact with the creatures but I soon came to a standstill. The jump was too far. The girl creature on my back demanded what the hold up was. She then analyzed the the jump and crossed over herself. She helped me jump quickly over all of the obstacle and we successfully made it out. She told me to find the tallest tower and go inside there. I ran across the roofs as fast as I could, trying not to fall off while fighting off giant black birds. We made it there and saw a person standing at the window.

The person turned around and took a step back, asking what Midna was doing here. The girl creature flew off my back and smiled. I could tell that the girl creature was obviously Midna. After a few clear ups, Midna got the woman standing at the window to tell us what had happened to the beautiful Hyrule. When the woman took down her hood, I saw that it was none other than Princess Zelda herzself. She then told us to leave because the gaurd was coming soon. We left the tower promptly as well as Hyrule itself.

Day 3 - Ordon and the Attack

The following morning was my trip to Hyrule. I was a bit excited because, as I have said before, I have never been to Hyrule. I worked at the ranch the entire day with my horse, Epona. When it was time to leave, the mayor, Ilia's father, talked to me about delivering two very important packages to the castle and how I was not to be late or loose the item. I then suddenly heard Ilia asked what had happened to Epona's leg. She got a worried/appalled look on her face when she realized that I had been working Epona a little too hard lately. She shouted that I should be ashamed of myself. When her father began to stand up for me, she told him that he's the mayor and should really start acting like one. She lead Epona away and both the mayor and I stood there, perplexed and slightly ashamed.

After standing there for a few seconds, the mayor told me to go after Ilia and get Epona back. It was bad if I was late delivering the items. As I walked past my house, Colin wanted to go with me to see Epona. I agreed but it was short lived. The boy I had saved the other day demanded my wooden sword or I couldn't leave. I handed it over and continued on with Colin close behind. As I arrived, I noticed Colin had gotten there before me and that the gate was locked. Ilia still refused to hand over Epona. Colin walked up close to the gate and told me of a tunnel leading to the spring. I ran around and found the hole. I crawled through and as I pulled myself out, I noticed that Colin was telling Ilia of the rescue that had taken place. She then turned to me and said that as long as I don't do anything stupid, I can have Epona back.

Suddenly, the ground began to rumble violently and a huge boar burst through the gate. All three of us were frightened and ran. Unfortunantly two other boars with strange riders came and stopped us. Ilia was shot in the back with an arrow and Colin was just knocked out. I began to ran towards them, trying to save them. Then, I too was struck in the head and I passed out there, on the spot. When I woke up, the boars, their riders, and Ilia and Colin were gone. I paniced and didn't know what to do. I ran out from the spring and crossed the bridge over to the Faron woods. As I did, a large black portal looking thing was blocking my way. With a huge jolt, a large red hand reached out and grabbed me and brought me inside the portal. I was knocked to the ground. My body began to feel very unstable and I couldn't control my shaking. The last thing I remember, I was something else but what was I?

Day 2 - Ordon

I woke up to some of the village kids shouting outside my house. It seemed as though the entire village took pleasure in waking me up every morning. I walked outside to hear them talking about a slingshot up for sale. I was intrigued and had to see for myself. While walking to the shop, the shopkeeper's husband was throwing rocks at a bee hive way above his house. I smiled to myself as he continued. I knew that that soon would not end well. I walked in the store only to see that the shopkeeper was too depressed about her cat being gone to help me out. I sighed and walked out of the store.

While walking alongside the river, one of our woman villagers, Colin's pregnant mother, was looking quite sad herself. I walked up and looked at her. She told me one of the troublemaking monkeys had taken her baby's cradle. I looked around and saw it jumping and squeaking across the river. She told me that if I got it for her, she would give me the fishing rod Colin had made me. I nodded in agreement and sought after a way to get the cradle back.

As I thought, I dug up some rupees by throwing some of our pumpkins around. One of the villagers laying on top of a hill looking thing yelled to not waste food. A few seconds later, he said he wanted to talk to me. So I climbed the vines up to him and he explained about a plant next to him. I picked it up and played it. A hawk came swooping down from the sky. I held my arm out and it landed gently down. It was heavier then I had planned. I suddenly got the idea of the hawk helping out with the baby cradle across the river and the bee hive. I sent it after the baby cradle first and it was successfully retrieved. I then brought the hawk back and got it to knock down the bee hive. Another success!

I climbed back down, baby cradle in hand, and returned it to Colin's mother. She was extremely pleased with me and handed over the fishing pole. I then knew how to bring back the shopkeeper's cat. I went over to the dock where it had been laying and began to fish. On my second catch, it leaped up and stole it! It ran all the way back to the shop, clinging to the fish with all its might. I ran after it and found the shopkeeper feeding it milk inside, a fresh smile apon her face. As I bought the slingshot, she handed me a half-full bottle of milk and told me to drink it whenever I was feeling down.

Ad I returned to my house, the villager I had been talking to at the spring the other day told me he had dropped something off at his house. I nodded and he continued on. One of the kids, Tola, walked up to me and asked me if I had bought the slingshot. I nodded and a look of envy swept over his face. They begged me to try it out, so, I shot a few targets for them. I then went inside to see what the villager had brought me. I opened up the chest and pulled out a wooden sword. I walked outside and Tola immediatly demanded what Colin's dad, the villager, had given me. I showed him the sword and the three of them asked me to show them some moves. I obliged and quickly demostrated some fighting techquices. While fighting, a monkey appeared and one of the two boys ran off! His younger brother and the girl followed quickly after. I did as well only to realize that one of them had been taken hostage by some strange creatures in the woods. I rescued them and safely brought them back.

I returned to my home to recieve a large thanks from Colin's father. I nodded and smiled. I knew he hated such burdens to fall to me but I didn't mind. I returned to my house and fell asleep, exhausted.

Day 1 - Ordon

I found myself talking to one of the villagers just outside of our small town. He sat beside me, talking of how some sort of "Twilight Hour" was coming. I kept my gaze thoughtful and focused on the spring in front of me. When he asked me to make a delivery for him to Hyrule, I looked at him in surprise. He just looked surprised back. We stared at each other for a moment then he finally asked me if I had ever been to Hyrule. I just shook my head and blinked. He sighed then looked back out over the water. He suddenly stood up and proclaimed that it was time to leave. I stood up as well, grabbed Epona by the reins, and lead her back, following close behind the man.

I tied Epona up outside my house and walked inside. While laying down, I heard a shout from outside. I got up and checked through the window. It was my boss wanting me to help him out with the goats I rangle up everyday. As I agreed to help, I noticed Epona was gone. I had a pretty good idea of where she was. I went back the spring I had visited the other day and found Ilia with her. She had washed Epona for me, which was very kind of her. I took Epona back and rode off towards the ranch. I arrived there fairly quickly and rounded up the goats. It was a much simpler job then usual.

After such events, I headed back to my house, deciding it was too dark to practice anymore jumps with Epona. I rode off quickly and tied her up once again. I wiped my forehead clean of sweat and headed back inside for a good nights rest.
